Do you make effort to live to your fullest potential?
I listened to a speech by Oprah this morning and all I could think about is how far I have come as a black female. I started with a start-up company where my leader said I would not make it as a leader to now a Senior Mgr at the #17 Fortune 500 company. The road was paved a long time ago. Oprah is lonely at the top. It’s our turn!
